Education
The first service Larry provides is to educate prospective clients so that they understand Medicare and the various Medicare insurance products available to them.
Then, he provides continuing education to his clients. This education occurs annually when meeting during the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) and throughout the year in special situations as required.
Fact Finding
The second service he provides is fact finding. He strives to determine each client’s specific situation by asking questions so he can make proper recommendations.
Fact finding occurs at the initial client meeting. It also occurs annually when meeting during the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP).
Enrollment
Larry assists his clients in enrolling into the Medicare Insurance Plan that best fits their individual situations. He does this during the initial client meeting. He also does this during the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) if a change of plan is necessary.
After the Sale Service
Larry is available to meet with his clients to review Medicare insurance issues. He encourages his clients to contact him anytime they have Medicare related questions or require assistance with their Medicare insurance plans.
Philosophy
Larry’s primary focus is educating, not selling. He takes the time to thoroughly explain Medicare and the available Medicare Insurance options available to his clients and prospective clients.
Larry believes that his relationship with a client does not end when he accepts an application for insurance. Larry believes that his relationship with a client begins when the application is submitted. At that time his relationship changes from that of a sales agent to that of a trusted advisor. Larry strives through after-the-sale service to earn his clients’ long-term business and their referrals.
